砭石康养文化馆

砭石(biān shí)者，以石治病也，是通用名称。而运用砭石治病的医术称为砭术，砭术是中医的六大医术之一，砭、针、灸、药、按跷和导引 。

中医认为上品砭石有安神、调理气血、疏通经络的作用。砭石疗法产生于石器时代，是一种用石器治疗疾病的方法。早期人类用石器治病形成了世界上最早的治疗方法之一，即砭石疗法，亦称砭术，所以在《山海经》里有这样的话:"医源于砭"。

Bianshi (BI ā n sh í) is a common name for treating diseases with stone. Bian is one of the six major medical techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, including Bian, acupuncture, moxibustion, medicine, pressing stilts and guiding.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Shangpin Bianshi has the functions of calming the nerves, regulating qi and blood, and dredging meridians. Bian stone therapy originated in the stone age. It is a method of treating diseases with stone tools. In the early days, stone tools were used to treat diseases, and one of the earliest treatment methods in the world was Bian stone therapy, also known as Bian technique. Therefore, there is a saying in Shanhaijing: "medicine comes from Bian".
